This Privacy Policy explains how Sonili handles information when you use the Service. Sonili is operated by Naima Imahou, auto-entrepreneur registered in Morocco (ICE 002503915000094), based in Benslimane, Morocco.

1. Information we collect

We collect the account details you provide (such as your email), the business and agent configuration you enter, and data generated by calls to your agent — including recordings, transcripts, summaries, and any appointment details captured during a call.

If you try the live demo on our website, we collect the email address or phone number you enter, the recording and transcript of your demo call, and a one-way hash of your IP address that we use to limit demo calls per day.

2. How we use it

We use this information to operate the Service: to run your agent, show your call history and appointments, and estimate usage. Call data is processed by third-party voice and language providers to deliver the Service.

We use the contact details you leave for the website demo to run the demo call and to follow up with you about Sonili. You can ask us to stop contacting you or to delete these details at any time.

3. Data sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the Service (for example, hosting, database, and voice-AI providers) and as required by law. We do not sell your data.

Purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects your payment and billing details directly and handles them under its own privacy policy. We never receive your full card details; Paddle shares with us only what we need to credit your purchase, such as your email address and order details.

4. Call recording consent

You are responsible for informing callers that calls may be recorded and for obtaining any consent required in your jurisdiction.

5. Your choices

You can edit or delete your business and agent configuration from the dashboard. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact the Sonili team.
